13 weeks heartbeat?

Anyone not able to hear heartbeat at 13 weeks?? My midwife couldn’t find it 😟

They didn't even try on me at 13 weeks. In previous pregnancies they told me they might or might not hear anything that early. It's pretty normal. I never got an ultrasound "to find a heartbeat" either.

Same thing happened to me this week and I was also 13 weeks. Doctor couldn’t find heartbeat with Doppler. Make them do an ultrasound on you just to make sure everything is ok.

Using a Doppler under 15-20weeks can be difficult sometimes. Usually if they don’t find a heartbeat they’ll do an ultrasound to check on baby. 😊

I tr s normal. The baby doesnt like the machines and moves away. If she couldn't find it they should give you an ultrasound
