Onset of puppps?

Okay so I’ve been having itchy spots in my stretch marks and around my belly button from about 21 weeks on. I’m now 22w3d. I brought it up to my doctor because of how itchy they are and bumpy, but they aren’t running rampant all over my body. I also have bump spots not in stretch marks but on my abdomen as well. I moisturize my marks with lubriderm 4x a time, use hydrocortisone and he told me to take a benedryl at night if I can’t sleep. Anyways I’m so grossed out I’ve scratched so hard for weeks now that I have decent sized scabs and cuts it’s so gross... but he said he wasn’t sure if it was puppps yet or severe dry skin.

My question is if anyone has/ had puppps when did it pop up?

Did it happen quickly or over a period of time?

What helped you find relief? I’m struggling so hard to even sit still, the itch can be so intense that I feel like I could puke 🤮
