Just Backache or Labour ?

I’m currently 29weeks and 2 days , and have extremely bad upper back ache :( baby is lying very low and I’m worried about going into labour early 😩😩
Hoping my back ache isn’t labour related , if anyone has any thoughts please let me know cuz I’m panicking a little

If it’s upper back pain it’s probably not labor - you’d more likely feel that lower down. Can’t hurt to call your provider and ask though!

The only time back pain would be labor is if it comes and goes in a manner that can be timed. It would also be low back pain not upper back pain.

I had this problem for 3 days. Today, the doc hooked me up to monitor & the machine didn’t pick up anything. She said it was just the way the baby was moving.
