Cramps
Hey guys so period just started for this month and yesterday it was totally horrible , cramps were so bad it felt like all my cramps from previous periods came at once , it was really bad left me in tears , pain wasn’t bad this morning but now it seems to he comming back ?any tips or pain killers ?
