Should I be concerned?

Je

Due to a diagnosis of gestational diabetes, my midwife practice transferred me out of their care and to a high risk practice and I was told to expect a call from them to schedule an appointment.  I currently have no information or plan of management for GD beyond what I've been able to research on my own.

It has been 2 full business days.  Should I take it as a red flag that this practice may not be as responsive as I need since I have not heard from them to schedule any appointment yet?

I am in North Carolina, USA and would love some realistic experiences on if this is a "normal" level of service/care or if I should be taking this as a red flag and should research another practice for myself.
