Anyone else feel this weird nausea?

If anything is too long to my neck like a seatbelt or hoodie I start to feel it kick in or I'll be watching TV and nothing will be near my neck but it feels like something is. It's super weird and driving me insane 😂🤷

Yes!! I never take off this one necklace but lately I’m constantly feeling like I’m being choked by it. Took it off about a week ago and still have the feeling that it’s there/my shirt is too close to my neck. So bizarre! Also — what do I do with all of my cuddly sweaters now?! 😩
