We are facing. The main challenge I am facing is that they are going to replace a teacher I have been working with, but has not made changes based on feedback for administration and coaches. The administration has decided to let the teacher go. I confided in my group about the issue, but then after I thought that I should not have. The coaches meeting is supposed to be confidential.
