6w5d still have AF cramps time to time briefly?

Is this normal? Sometimes out of the blue I will get AF like cramps that last like 20-30 seconds.. not every day or all day just from time to time. no spotting and haven’t had even a drop since I found out. But I feel like they shouldn’t be this annoyingly painful still, I still have mild cramping on and off most days nothing serious but also annoying. Mostly on the left side and actually on my left side/back area. First apt isn’t until Jan 7th.. seems so far away!
