Weight loss tips!
Hey guys! I’m a senior in high school. I’m 18 and with about 180. I’ve been insecure about my weight for the longest, and I’m tired of being unhappy with myself. I want to lose weight. And I want to get down to 140-150 by prom (May 18th). I need tips. Unfortunately I can’t get to a gym from where I am, but I can do home workouts. All suggestions are welcome.
P.S. Does apple cider vinegar actually work? What about grapefruit? And if so, how?
