2 weeks and increased fussiness?

Hello all! Has anyone else gone through the fussiness stage at 2/3 weeks?? She always wants to be on me or my boyfriend which is fine, but I’m wondering what others have tried to soothe their babies?? She’ll lay down fine for about 5 minutes and then she’ll start whining which leads to crying.

My son is 3 weeks today and the fussiness at night is ridiculous, I’m always dreading nighttime! I’m just hoping it passes soon!

Mine is the worst st night. From the hours of 12am to 2/3am, she wants to be held or she will cry her lungs off 🙄. If I walk with her in my shoulder around the house for 10/15 min she’s out like a light. Then I’ll put her down and half the time she wakes up whining. 😬. Then I’ll put her on my chest until she REALLY conks out. By then it’s 2:30 am and she’s so tired she sleeps usually

Right away when she starts whining. She has to learn bc she is starting daycare soon and they are wonderful , but they can’t rush over to her every second when there’s 6 other babies. So she needs to adjust.

Yessss. It was so hard!! My baby is almost 5 weeks and she was like that. All she did was cry. She had to be held, rocked by me or my husband.  I felt like I never put her down and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I swear even one week made a difference and it got better. Finally figuring her out alittle more each day that passes and her needs. It will get better. I try to remember as much as this is all new for me as a first time mom it's new for her too!
