I’m 28/29w pregnant. Had a syncope/fainting episode while out for lunch. They took me to the ER and did 12 lead EKG and blood work. They said “everything looks fine” after and released me. Now the results showed up online and my EKG says

“Normal sinus rhythm. ST & T wave abnormality. Consider anterior ischemia. Abnormal EKG”

Anyone have this before? I read on google that it can be “normal” to have ischemia in pregnancy due to increased blood demand. But now I’m worried it might be something else?
