Kyleena side effects?

I got the Kyleena in 5 days ago and my stomach is killing me/: I had sex on the 4th day, and the sex didn’t hurt, but I woke up in the middle of the night with a stomach ache from hell and have been having irregular bowel movements since. It’s a stomach ache that’s bothering me, not cramps which I know is a common side effect. Anyone have similar experiences?

This is out of the kyleena pamphlet. Abdominal pain can be common.

i got my iud a little under a month ago, and i still get pain after sex like period cramps

The advice I had after having any coil/ iud fitted was to wait at least a week before having sex - as there is a risk of developing an infection in the womb (i think). I’d definitely go to the doctors if you still have any abdominal/back pain or cramps, just incase you require any antibiotics. 
(If you develop a fever or sickness go straight to A&E)

Omg finally a post of what I’m going through I got my kylena on the third of this month just had sex for the first time with the kylena in yesterday and I’m having awful cramps
