i just found out i’m pregnant and i spotted today i’m i gonna have a miscarriage i’m scared i dont want this to happen again i gotta doctors appointment wednesday i’m just waiting to feel a gush of blood like last time i’m scared has anyone spotted or had bleeding and everything was okay
