What do you think about my first ultrasound???

Question

Today I’m 5 weeks 3 days pregnant and I had my first ultrasound with my doctor ! 
And the measuring of the gestational sac was 6 weeks and 2 days ..
We only saw the yolk sac but not the baby ...  is that normal ?? 
I’m so scared I had a miscarriage last October 😩
He thought the second picture it’s the posible baby ... 
what did you think ???

Seeing the yolk sac is  good sign. It happened to me, and when I went back a week later heartbeat and baby were there. I am now 33 wks 3 days

At 5 weeks and 2 days, my sac was empty. One week later there was a yolk, baby and heartbeat. Seeing a yolk that early is a good sign if you ask me!

Looks like the ultrasound tech might be measuring the “fetal pole” in the first one. The baby is so small at that stage I’m shocked they did a ultrasound that early. I wouldn’t worry though.
