Is there such thing as too soon? If so what are your thoughts on the timeline. Me and my ex husband separated February 2017, our divorce was finalized may 2017 we don't have any children or anything like that so it was done quickly and he is already remarried.. I am now with someone else and we are going to get married eventually, we were thinking about next summer July2019 but when we bring it up people give us the weirdest looks and tell me "Well didn't you just get divorced?"

Is this really too soon? I am comfortable with my decision but is it really that big of an issue for others to accept? Thoughts please🧡
