39+1 & last week I got checked I was 2cm , I know the doc told me to walk and have sex but honestly I don’t do a lot of either my whole pregnancy I was so sleepy and it was cold I didn’t really go walk as much as I should of and sex has been painful so not much happened there . I am worried cause my mom and everyone kept telling me it was going to help my delivery , will this make it more difficult?😐
