AF type cramps (bad ones that needed painkillers) 9 dpo and 10 dpo

But nothing now?! I’m so confused and so sure AF is on her way but I only normally get cramps the day before AF so 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m at a loss! Anyone had this and got a BFP? All I’ve had so far are BFNs just going to wait it out now.
