Cramping and orgasms

Quick question ladies. Maybe ya'll can help.

So for the last few years, even before I got my IUD, I've had an on amd off problem with cramping after orgasm. Initially I wrote it off as my partner being well-endowed and hitting my cervix and angering the uterine gods in doing so.

But even after masterbation, clitoral stimulation only in particular, I get cramps. Am I causing this by being just amaze-balls at getting myself off that the uterine gods are reminding me that pleasure should come in small doses? Or is there something else at play here? I've heard endometriosis can cause this, among other issues, but my gyno hasn't confirmed or denied my suspicions.

Fun things shouldn't be painful. It is becoming a huge pain in the uterus. My future husband Jensen Ackles agrees.
