No appetite post partum
I’m 4 weeks PP and it’s such a struggle for me to eat !
My stomach will be growling , but then when I look at food , it’s like I have no desire to eat anything.
All I can think of is it’s because I’m so anxious that my LO will wake up the min I start eating , so I don’t even bother.
Anyone else feel this way ?
