At 4w you're not guaranteed to see anything at all

4 weeks is way too early to scan you. Even 5 weeks. Like 8-10 week is the usual first scan. They can't even tell you much at 4 weeks.... well congrats if you got a positive test!! Hope they get you back in at a better time.
