Do you agree with the churches belief that fertility treatments such as IUI and IVF are immoral?

IUI and IVF are immoral?" />

I had posted this a while ago and it was removed for some reason? 🤷 im pretty sure it didnt break any of the rules so attempt 2. I am not attacking the church in any way. I am just genuinely curious what others opinions are.

Growing up strictly catholic, i learned that any form of sexual acts besides that for procreation are immoral. I also have recently read the churches stance on procedures such as IUI, IVF, surrogacy, etc in the Catechism and Donum vitae. A few quotes from each: "[These techniques are] contrary to the unity of marriage, to the dignity of the spouses, to the vocation proper to parents, and to the child’s right to be conceived and brought into the world in marriage and from marriage” (Donum vitaeII, 2).  Therefore, any case of heterologous in vitro fertilization, artificial insemination, or surrogate motherhood is considered “gravely immoral” (Catechism, #2376).

Since heterologous in vitro fertilization, artificial insemination, and surrogate motherhood involve the donation and the use of genetic material of someone other than the mother or father, who are joined in marriage as husband and wife, the marriage covenant is violated.  These acts, thereby, entail adultery, morally speaking.

I personally dont agree with the churches teachings on this. I have undergone 3 IUI cycles already (hoping for my BFP this time 🤞). If i didnt have access to fertility assistance, i wouldn't have any chance to have kids on my own. I have heard reasons like "it isnt Gods plan for you" or "it wasnt meant to be" and i just can't accept that. All i want is a baby of my own to love and cherish just like everyone else. If the technology is out there to make that happen, why shouldnt i be able to fulfill my dream too? What do you think?
