Stomach ache early pregnancy symptom?

Seems like every morning I wake up with a stomach ache. Not cramping or in the abdominal area but just a regular tummy ache. Anyone else get this in early pregnancy often?

I’m having the same thing, I honestly don’t know what’s up with me I just know I may be pregnant just waiting to test.
