Help!

Please help! I am terrified right now. This is my second pregnancy. First ended in a mmc at 9wks 2days. Havn't really had much for symptoms. Mild nausea once in a while, tender breasts, bloating, and tired but that's it. But just now there was bright red blood when I wiped. And a tiny clot. Smaller than a grain of rice. No cramps. I am terrified I am going to miscarry with this one to. OB isn't open till Monday. Does it sound like I am losing this baby? I don't really want to go to the er. I know they won't be at to do anything one way or the other. Just so scared right now. Please help. Anyone else experience this and have it end well?
