How long did it take for your breastmilk to come in?

First time moms, how long did it take for your breastmilk to come in and what did you find helpful? I feel like mine is coming but verrry slowly...or maybe I'm just impatient. Gave birth on 12/12

Mine came in on day 3, it hit me like a rock. I woke up and I looked like Dolly Parton.

Also delivered on the twelfth and my milk came in on the 14th. Everyone is different though. If it’s your first baby it may take longer. Nurse as often/long as baby wants. As long as he/she is satisfied you’re probably okay. If you start to get concerned they aren’t getting enough you can have babe weighed at your peds then feed then weigh again.

72 hours for both 1st and 2nd. Woke up the morning of the 3rd day after the births and I was engorged. Both of my children were vaginal births.
