Irregular?

I'm 17 and I have had normal periods up until last month where my period was late and I was in excruciating pain for the (late) week before my period, eventually it came and It was normal, well this month I spotted during ovulation and I was really just wondering if it's just my age, or hormones or what. My discharge is indicating I'm about to come on but Im just worried I might have a problem
