Have had my period for over 2 months
Just need a little advice. I know having irregular periods are commonplace for PCOS sufferers a lot of the time. I had gotten pretty normal periods when I had lost weight but over time I have gained a lot of it back and now my periods aren't as normal. Trying to work on my weight again. The last few cycles were kind of short and I did have a month where it never came. Now here I am and I started my period 10/5/18 and I am still dealing with it. I started spotting about 4 days ago and thought yay it's over. Today it decided to kick my ass and is in full swing. It's been so long since I've had a cycle like this that I don't know if I should just let it take its course or what? I'm not on birth control and don't have the desire to feel sick all the time by taking it but any advice is appreciated. PS: I have taken Vitex in the past with success and plan to start taking it again but I don't know if this will help the current situation. Sorry for the long post.
