Bright orange urine

I’m 37 weeks and my eating habits are healthy and good, and I get the required amounts of fluid.

I take pregnacare before I sleep at night so my first morning urine is always a bright yellow shade.

Throughout the day my urine gets lighter, sometimes very clear, but for the last few days it has constantly been bright orange?! I haven’t changed anything, not taking any new medications, there’s no pain etc
