I feel like she's trying to claw her way out with her nails. It's pretty painful and I'm not sure if this is a contraction or a result of her feeling around in there?! Anyone else feeling this

When I have a contraction my baby stops moving for a while (until the end of the contraction) so I think its just your baby playing ☺
