How to fix a toxic relationship?

We’ve been together for almost five years and we are both 19.
He isn’t physically abusive but he guilt trips me and makes everything about him. Even when I get anxious about my classes he makes it about him. He never used to be like this.
I know he won’t go to counselling. He has too much pride :(

You don’t deserve to stay in a constant state of negativity or anxiety.... and if he thinks his pride is more important than your mental health, it’s time to move on
