Should i test?

Trying to decide if I should test or not. Today is supposed to be my last day of AF. I was supposed to start last weekend and it still hasn't showed. Now here's the background. I miscarried about 5 years ago with our first child and been trying to conceive ever since and each time I missed and took a test it came up negative and got my period the next month. So disappointment after disappointment and I've pretty much given up. Now I'm scared to test cause I don't wanna get my hopes up but at the same time I'm hoping I'm pregnant. Should I?
