Is Lucy too close to Lily (cousins)?

Question

Lucy is the only name we have been able to agree on so far. My only concern is that my niece’s name is Lily. Our family is very close. Would it be weird to name our daughter Lucy? 
Bonus question - what middle names sound good with Lucy? We’re not into new or made-up names.
