Sudden severe pelvic pain

Idk if I can post this here, but I am wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. I went to bed last night with a slight stomach ache (right sided) and when I woke up this morning I suddenly had a really sharp and burning pain across my pelvis. It had me buckled over in tears. It is not one sided so I’m unsure if it’s cyst but the pain is similar to a cyst rupture which I have had twice before. The pain shoots through my vagina and rectum and worsens when I’m walking around and when I pee. Has anyone had this happen to them? I managed to drive myself to work and I’m able to just sit and relax so the pain is easing up but the pain was so bad I thought I was going to have to go to the emergency room!!
