Tokyo natural disaster risk??

I’ve always wanted to live in Tokyo, even have taught myself some Japanese, halfway through a course. Would be planning to move there before I’m 25 for a very short number of years as I wouldn’t want my kids to grow up there but don’t want to be much older when I have them. I’ve heard that Tokyo is very prone to natural disasters, can someone who knows anything about this tell me anything? Also as well as that what’s the terrorist risk there is it a big big target?
