Thoughts on first response 6days sooner

What is everyone’s thought on taking the pregnancy test first response 6 days sooner? I am due for AF on Xmas. Can’t bare a let down if I don’t see a BFP. What should I do. Not really having many symptoms other than being really tired and some minor pelvic cramps. My bbt has been high.
