I had nexplanon from February 2016 until August 2018. I got it removed because it was no longer working which I found out after seeing my doctor after I noticed I started getting my period every month for the first time in almost 3 years. I started tracking them in June after getting it 4 months in a row and saw I was having very regular lengths. After getting it removed I noticed a change in my period length (which I expected) but they were still consistent ranging from 4-6 days....all the sudden this month it not only came late but also only lasted a day and a half (if that) and then I had light spotting for a few hours the following 2 days (only on toilet paper after using the bathroom). I took 5 pregnancy tests and all were negative...can someone explain whats going on?!
