Diaper rash blisters??

At about 2 weeks, I stopped using the gauze pad to cover his circumcision was healed. Noticed little 2 white bumps above the base of penis. Didn’t think much of and figured I would discuss with pediatrician the following week. Started using diaper rash cream because his rump looked a little red. Two maybe three days later, the bumps have turned into blisters and he has a blister along the crease where the diaper touches his leg.

Will be calling the pediatrician in the morning. Anything I can do to help make him more comfortable? Has this happened to anyone else? The bumps did NOT look like any form of diaper rash.
