Breast pumps, which is best for both use and value for money?

Looking at purchasing a pump for when bubs is born. I'm torn between an electric Tommy Tippee (cheaper brand) or a manual Medela (expensive brand) 
Each around the same price at the moment.. 
so my question is, is there much of a difference between electric and manual?

I loved my Medela manual. I felt like I could control how much I was getting and also like I didn't have to rely on a bunch of crappy parts. But your hands will get tired lol.

My first breast pump was a tommee Tippee and I found it wasn’t great for suction and I’d be there for sooo long pumping.
My sister-in-law let me borrow her tommee Tippee pump with our second baby, hers sucked too. I think I used it for five minutes and gave up.
I sucked it up this time and bought a spectra s1, it’s probably double the price (maybe more), but it has amazing reviews.

I love my electric one! It does everything for me, hands free! The only downfall is that I have to carry that machine around and be connected

I went with a motif electric breast pump, its a closed system pump so no moisture gets in the lines or anything and I can put batteries in it to take it on the go. Its super small and easy to move around, plus it has wonderful reviews.
