I get terrible cramps that have kept me from doing things throughout the day. What helps you bare the pain of not baring a child?? Don’t see your personal remedy? Feel free to comment your own!!! ❤️

My mom's remedy and it really works (I used to not be able to get out of bed) a little branch (not bigger than the length of your index finger) from common rue with half of a  Mexican chocolate tablet  boil it with a cup of water till the chocolate is dissolved. Take out the branch and sip it as a tea. The smell is kinda strong but it really helps out. 
If it's only cramps but not period cramps don't drink it as it could cause a miscarriage if you exceed the dose of common rue. 
Or you could get on the pill it helps to regulate your periods and cramps. But you should ask your doctor about that.
