Chlamydia and infertility

So we have been trying for 4 cycles now, and I know that's not that long.

But I had previously had chlamydia for an unknown amount of time, which has since been treated. My concern is whether or not it may have caused some damage, and if it would be too soon to ask my OB for an hsg test or something similar or if we should wait the whole 12 months before asking...
