Confused please help!

Melissa • Sat, Aug 22 • 33 and trying for my first with my husband Brian.recently moved from palm beach fl to Greeneville TN.

Ok ladies we all use glow so what official day is DPO1 for you?WHEN glow days aren't fertile anymore?? Or the actual day you get a positive day for ovulation?? Cuz I'm either 5 DPO or 8DPO and I don't know which one? Makes kinda of a huge difference gonna look back and laugh one day but the TWW is pure hell!!!

Day 1 would be the day after you actually ovulate.

If you look on the weight or temp chart at the bottom Glow will say how many DPO. This is just an estimate off your average period length and may not be correct. If you track ovulation with opk, cm and BBT then it will be. This is why if you are "late" your fertile days move to. Late is in quotes because we think we are late but ovulation occurred later in the cycle and AF is on time.
