I had brown spotting last night no pin no cramping so this morning after using he bathroom it was a penny size small black thing came out with a lot of brown blood not here it is 3 hours later nothing no spotting no bleeding no pain nothing like it never happens I called the ob they said brown is good and put me in bed rest and no sex til 12 weeks when I have my next ultrasound should I still be worried or just try to relax
