C section/ dilated?

This will be my second c section last was 7 years ago I am currently 37 weeks and I’m going in on 12/28.. does the ob usually do cervix checks? Or do they just see it as pointless since I’m already scheduled to go in thanks in advance

They never checked with my elective c section, I don’t think there’s much point

I haven't been checked yet and am scheduled for the 26th of this month. Unless they think baby might try to come sooner, they probably won't check. Just my guess!

I got checked last week.baby is scary low and in 50 percent effaced.ill be having a csection on 12/29

Mine hasn’t done it at all so far. Probably because they don’t see much of a point in it.
