Took a First Response....Pregnant?

I am 8 DPO today. Yesterday I got a very faint line on a strip test. I went out and got some first response tests and also took another strip test just now. Does this confirm I am pregnant? Could the First Response be a indent line? The strip test looks really weird to me. I read too much on google 😭
