OB said baby’s Head super low and cervix thin but closed. Any tips for helping dislate?

Walk, walk, walk. Just keep walking until your
body tells you you need to rest. I walked 3 miles every day with my first and it got me from 2-4 cm in a week.

Walking and sex! Our doctor told us to have lots of sex as semen is the most natural cervical ripening agent and safe! Ours joked “doesn’t matter if the sex is good, as long as ya get it in there!” LOL 😂🙈
