I have been suffering from really crazy mood swings about 5 or so days before expected ovulation. At first I thought it was just related to general anxiety but through therapy that has gotten much better but the mood swings remain and if anything are getting worse. I have also noticed increased mood changed before my periods (normal pms I guess) but the week before ovulation is just hell.

Please anyone have any experience? I’m assuming it is due to some kind of hormonal imbalance. I have had an ultrasound to rule out any abnormalities and everything appeared normal.
