6 week ultrasound?

I have a ultrasound scheduled for When I’m exactly 6 weeks due to  being high risk this pregnancy bc of things that have occurred in previous pregnancies and I’m scared it’s gona be too early to see or hear a heart beat which will make me freak out bc I lost my son last year around 23 weeks. Has anyone had ultrasounds from 5 and a half to 6 weeks pregnant?

This was my ultrasound at 6+2. My sons heartbeat was 120 bpm.

I had ultrasound done at 6 weeks 3 days that's what baby was measuring and had a heartbeat of 126 im now 22 weeks

I had one at 5weeks5 and saw everything. I think the ultrasound machines in the UK are really good as this was abdominal. Saw sac, fetal pole and heartbeat. .... I think I got lucky because I’ve known some to see nothing at that point

My first was at 5 weeks 2 days and they only saw the sacs. Two weeks later we saw a fetal pole and heartbeat.

My first was a 7 baby measures 6wk5days and had a strong heartbeat that was 126 I think

I had one today, per my last period I should be 6w1d but I think I’m more like 5-5.5 weeks because we did an iui. 
I saw the gestational sac and that it was 100% in my uterus and the start of the yolk sac. Dr is having me come back next week to see the heartbeat and fetal pole
