My first post....thyroid problem, hate veggies and fruit...help
My husband and I have been trying for 2yrs now, I just found out last Jan I have a thyroid problem (hypothyroidism) I've been on the right meds for about 6months and I feel great. The only thing is, I haven't been able to lose weight.
Sadly I HATE vegetables. Seriously, the only things I like are apples, bananas, pears and peaches. I've been cooking Spanish with rice, meat and other meals. But I dont know how else to eat my fruit and vegetables. I know eating these isn't the main solution to lose weight but I need to get fiber and greens in me.
I've also started back at the gym.
Any tips and tricks?
