Ok ladies so I dnt have many people to talk about these things with no one really listens when i do. So I’ve been irregular every time i get off of birth control. And we’ve started ttc in June. I hadn’t had a cycle till August then my dr put me back on the pill to regulate me that worked then i got off and finally had a cycle all on my own. On November 4th-10th and now it’s gone. At the time i was on inositol and Vitex conception pill. Well i stopped taking it. No I’m on just Vitex it’s been 3 weeks and nothing still no period. What do i do? Switch back the the conception pill bc I know it works or stay on the Vitex?
