Me and my baby daddy are not married, and I'm trying to figure out how putting his name on the birth certificate works. I'm only 4 months so we've got a while, but I want to make sure there's no documentation I need to get now.

I've heard that you have to have a Acknowledgment of Paternity, and I've also heard that he just signs the birth certificate. Anyone been through this before and know for sure?
