Can someone tell me their experiences with either?

Im 39 weeks tomorrow and just had my cervix checked a few hours ago so I was warned I can spot (but this was also my third check and have never spotted thus far). There was no blood when I went to the bathroom immediately after, but an hour later i went again, and it looked like my period in the toilet.

And now, I just went to the bathroom again after another hour, and there was no blood in the toilet, but there was the slightest pink on the toilet paper. I don’t know whether it’s from the cervix check or if it’s my bloody show!!
